Faced with the need to manage on a daily basis operations of very varied sizes, ranging from a few dozen K€ to several hundred M€, and of the nature of work as varied as Civil Engineering, Hydraulics or Specialty trades, it seemed essential to me to set up a simple, inexpensive tool that could be adapted to very different circumstances to enable everyone to manage their work in a clear, transparent and proactive manner.

Vincent VILLE created the Lisanet application and monitored its implementation for several years, while obviously leaving the responsibility for project management to the operations managers and the Management Committee. During its implementation, the tool was perfected and integrated the operational mastery of Orchestra's essential steps. From the outset, the support of all employees at all levels has initiated a new, more transparent, transversal and responsible management approach. The results quickly led to a significant improvement in results thanks to the ability to manage execution difficulties and contract clauses in real time. Managerial objectives are clearly displayed, made more reliable and monitored on a weekly basis with individual and collective involvement for the success of operations. This is a project resulting from a joint work between SOGEA IDF and Vincent VILLE that corresponds exactly to the expectations of Vinci Construction's corporate project.

As part of the development of our project management, the deployment of our Orchestra requirements repository is a necessity. It is agreed, beyond the method, to have at our disposal a means of supervision of the reference system to enable us to guarantee its rigorous and systematic application.

To this end, LISANET has enabled us, after configuration adapted to the specificity of each of our businesses (Civil Engineering of engineering structures and Special Works), to have a real tool for measuring application and progress. The application allows a fair distribution of the responsibilities and commitment powers of each of the stakeholders in each project... To this end, it ensures the operational deployment of our internal referentials and the support of each stakeholder in the realization of our projects.

Lisanet makes it possible to assess in a global and visual way the progress of the mandatory crossing points, site by site. Alert levels can thus facilitate the daily organization of the monitoring of our sites. This application is easier to complete than some others because it only takes 2 to 3 minutes to download and attach an update file instead of 5 to 10 minutes to complete a specific task with other software sometimes less complete. These update files exist since they are an integral part of our fundamentals. On the practical side, I also use Lisanet via my smartphone (Android S5) in 50% of consultations, which increases the quality of information flow.

On the other hand, a site that is progressing well in Lisanet thus communicates the information that it is sometimes time to visit it to benefit from the feedback. I can thus enhance what deserves a benevolent look, deepen a key milestone for the entire centre and congratulate the teams.

Working without Lisanet is now like driving a vehicle without an integrated dashboard. We look at the road ahead and we can use an external GPS, but we don't have a visual on the important markers for checking the condition of the vehicle and its actual speed. Being able to measure progress in real time, having this mapping, without having to carry out paper searches site by site is a significant improvement. Removing paper from filing cabinets, dematerializing, knowing how to respond in real time, obtaining better traceability of compliance with procedures make this application a management tool and a management tool.

The Maritime and River Works Department has been using the Lisanet application since 2008.

Initially, Lisanet was our tool for monitoring the indicators of our QPE Management system. This tool allows you to have a picture of our system but also a history, evolutions, details by process.

In a second step, this tool allowed us to dematerialize the site monitoring according to the Orchestra repository. Each ongoing project is geo-localized and its "Orchestra" follow-up, carried out by the site manager, is validated by his hierarchy. These follow-ups are visible to all hierarchical levels.

Lisanet is part of our management tools, it is often cited as a strong point during our various audits.

Lisanet is an application that allows us to effectively monitor our security objectives, to quality and production.

It allows us to have a global vision of our activity and the progress of our activities at any time. and their location, which is very practical when you have nearly fifty or so projects that are underway simultaneously in the Ile de France region.

We can at any time view the safety audits already carried out on a site, which allows us to in particular to verify during a visit whether the corrective measures of a previous audit have been implemented. We can also monitor in real time the ¼ safety hours performed each week on our sites, follow the topics covered and easily extract the statistical results of their implementation by profit centre.

Lisanet also allows us to continuously monitor the records essential to our approach to Orchestra" essential "Orchestra" case by case, or more generally by production centre.

The Management of SOGEA Ile de France has entrusted me with the execution of ORCHESTRA audits of the Preparation and Execution processes of all its projects, at the rate of one site audit per month for 2 years. A well-conducted audit is a well-prepared audit.

Thanks to Lisanet, it was possible for me to work, before the audit, on the site data present in Lisanet I knew how the essential steps of ORCHESTRA had been carried out, and I could prepare my audit questionnaire with regard to their content.

During the on-site audit, I then targeted the most sensitive points identified in Lisanet; I was looking to see how the staff had interpreted their results, and what their reactions had been.

The audit then became all the more pleasant for the audited, who met an auditor already interested in the history of the site, its planning, its hazards, its results... Without having to explain everything from the beginning
